This Saturday the 3rd of October, we’re holding a huge anniversary party to celebrate 15 years of ATBShop trading in Swindon. In 2000, ATBShop was set up just as the internet was in its infancy, in a bedroom in Greenmeadow and since then the shop’s outgrown three premises and we have added in an extra shop and indoor skate park into our warehouse in Hawksworth Industrial Estate!
We’re pleased to say that this event is being sponsored by VW Commercial Vehicles, Swindon, as there’s an obvious connection between the sports we sell and their camper vans. Their VW vans are used by so many of our customers, whether they are a kite surfer using their VW camper for a beach trip or a skateboarder or snowboarder using their van to head out to their favourite spot!
This big birthday bash is a ticket only event and all of the tickets to ride the newly re-designed indoor skate park have now sold out. However everyone is invited to come along and enjoy all the other attractions on the day.
Our Party in the Park has loads happening, including amazing in-store offers, prizes and giveaways plus the winners of the pair of tickets you give away will benefit from a free BBQ, home made popcorn, fresh candy floss and Domino’s Pizza, they can test their gaming skills on the BIOS Games Station, experience the bouncy castle and surf simulator thanks to Sky’s the Limit Entertainment, whip up their own smoothie on the Urban Smoothie Bike, get creative with the graffiti workshop, smile and pose in the photo booth and have their face painted! Plus on the day there will also be the Grit Scooters pro scooter team running demos and giving away major prizes.
VW Commercial Vehicles, Swindon are also giving visitors on the day the opportunity to win some top end prizes, including the hire of a top of the range VW Camper Van for the weekend worth over £400 pounds!
