We will be heading over to Bugsboarding near Gloucester on the afternoon of Saturday 15th July for a great afternoon of Mountain boarding and Dirt Scooting action. If you’ve always wanted to try mountain boarding, or dirt scooting then this is your opportunity. You will be in safe hands with UK down hill Champion Diana Kirk teaching along with Dom Etchells, who formally worked for Bugs Boarding, and also Harry Calvert trained ATBA -UK instructor.
If you have never ridden a Mountainboard before then that is not a problem, we will have pro instructors and coaches on hand to help you out. If you don’t have your own Mountainboard or Dirt Scooter that isn’t a problem either as Bugsboarding has a bunch of top end Boards and Scooters to hire out. There will be an option to camp over for just £5 extra per head, Under 16s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Bugsboarding is a world famous Centre with facilities for beginners to professional and everything in between. We will have use of the beginner slope, with the huge grass area and all the small jumps and rails, including the mini 4x track. We will also be able to use the Freestyle area with 25ft tables, 18ft quarter pipes, 16ft drops and much, much more. We will also have the use of the 4x track which is a 400m track with berms, tables and rollers and is certainly not for the faint hearted.
… And if that isn’t enough we will have the benefits of the uplift, for taking us with our boards and scooters to the top of the hill ready to go again without having to hike back up the hill. For the campers there is a large grass area with a marquee including indoor mini ramp so bring your skateboards along too!
