This is a Dual Motor Speed Controller based of VESC Project firmware with aluminium PCB and inside an aluminium case to provide great heat dissipation. Continuous 100A per motor and upto 20S 84V Battery Systems.

This is a new ESC from Flipsky but is based off the popular 75100 hardware but with better heat dissipation which is great for high voltage and power setups. It is ideal for most 12S based boards but can also be used upto 20S setups.  With 100A per motor continuous motor current it can handle the power well with Aluminium PCB and the full Aluminium case dissipates the heat well which was always more of a problem with previous Flipsky units where you added your own heatsink. Please do make sure this unit is vented to air to disperse the heat over time not mount inside a box.

A great dual speed controller now with better heat dissipation solves the only problem with the older hardware!

  • It is recommended to keep firmware 5.2 from factory ship, the new firmware upgrade may damage the ESC
  • Please be careful to limit the Absolute Maximum Current below 250A,setting page

Phase filtering is not available for Flipsky ESC75100 and 75200!
Please turn off the phase filter function and choose "false" in vesc_tool when use firmware version on or above 5.3 (VESC_TOOL 3.01). Without turning off the phase filter will result in esc damage. Please do not restore the default parameters when using the wizard interface.

If the replacement or repair is not possible for you, a discount can be provided for the new replacement.

The following conditions are not covered by the above warranty:

  • Cannot provide purchase channel source proof
  • Mechanical damage to electronic components or PCB
  • PCBA board has repair soldering iron traces (excluding solder the cable bullet connectors)
  • Wire damage or external impact damage
  • (For non-waterproof products) there is water inflow
  • Abnormal applications beyond the product specifications
