Ozone Kite Pump Replacement Gasket Set
Kite pump no longer smoothly pumping or sand has got inside? Replace the gaskets and it's back and running again! These fit Ozone V2 and V3 pumps and most other brands.
Don't bin your pump it it starts to leak or stick, just service it! Pumps are expensive and last well now but if the seals inside get damaged then they just don't work.
To clean and repair you would also need some white lithium grease and some cleaner like WD40 or alcohol cleaner to get the old out. Below is a video done by USA based shop that shows how to clean and replace.
Kite Pump Replacement Gasket Set Contents: (sizes approximate)
- 1 x Shaft Seal (Outer Diameter 41mm Inner Diameter 30mm)
- 1 x Piston Seal (Outer Diameter approx 93mm)
Please note this is to repair a kite pump not a SUP pump they normally have a smaller diameter chamber for higher pressures so main seal won't fit.
