The Apex decks are awesome high quality decks but the brakes do sometimes need replacing over time as they are flex brakes which brake over time or in awkward accidents. Simple to bolt on an replace then you are back and braking again in no time.
This is the replacement BRAKE ONLY, as bolts are not included. If you are snapping your Apex brake frequently you might consider the slightly tougher Apex Universal brake replacement.
