This is a replacement extended skate truck as used on the scrub range of boards and similar designs. It has a nominal of 12mm or 10mm (actually 9.54mm) diameter axle and is approximately 15" wide. This is by Scrub and Raid companies and will often fit many other brands of mountainboard.
It is great for replacing a broken truck of for use with building your own board. Skate trucks are great for freestyle boards as they are really light weight.
