If you have worn the pivot cups in your mountainboard then need to be replaced to get the trucks to turn properly again. These are soft rubbery pivots that give great performance but do wear out. These will fit other mountainboard brand skate trucks too like scrub, kheo etc as they are fairly standard sized.
