Initially designed as a junior downhill mountainboard, the Kicker has become an incredibly popular choice for both juniors and adults in kitelandboarding due to its light weight and manoeuvrable design. Although an adult may find the Kicker V4 a little twitchy for more intermediate down hill riding, the Kicker resembles a very traditional shaped kitelandboard offering easy turning at slower speeds.
Featuring a 9ply Canadian maple construction for a highly durable finish, the Kheo Kicker V4 also comes equipped with thicker than standard, 12mm axle skate trucks to strengthen against heavy impacts caused from jumping. As a step up from the Kheo Core Mountainboard, the Kicker features a much more comfortable Kheo C1 Velcro binding and ankle leash for hillside safety.
Overall the budget is spent where needed to give a quality ride at a great price. The wood deck is tough with good quality bindings, The hubs and tyres are no frills but quality. The Bindings are comfy and adjustable - A solid board for starting out in the sport that handles great. For younger riders with smaller feet i.e. under 10 years old then the Kheo Core Board is also worth considering as it's bindings fit a smaller foot than the kicker.
