North Kiteboarding Dune Mountainboard Wing Board

North have developed this mountainboard specifically for the needs of learning or progressing with foil wings.  Specifically designed for coastal beaches and side loadings from wing boarding with aluminium hubs special tread tyres and Stainless steel hardware.   The deck length is quite a bit longer than many traditional kite landboards at 965mm and has wider stronger skate style trucks and simple but effective ratchet adjustable bindings.

North Dune Mountainboard Features:

• All terrain tyres 200x50mm (8”) pneumatic rubber tyres provide excellent grip on grass, dirt, sand or pavement
• Canadian Maple Deck - Strong 8-ply Canadian maple 965x200mm (38"x7.87”) deck for responsive flex.
• Rachet bindings - for a secure, quick and easy connection to the board.
• Oversized bearings - Oversized 30mm OD ABEC 7 bearings provide a greater load-carrying capacity ideal for the side-loading of wind-powered mountain boarding.
• Wide Trucks - 266mm (10.5”) wide forged-aluminium trucks give stability at high speeds while still offering great carving.
• Aluminium hubs - have a good strength-to-weight ratio, particularly for side loading.
• Durability in coastal environments - PVD-coated 316 Stainless Steel hardware (except truck axle and kingpin). The North Dune is designed for durability in coastal environments. To ensure longevity, we recommend you rinse your mountainboard with fresh water and leave it drip dry after use on the beach or close to salt water.
• Please note this board does come in kit form to save packaging and shipping. The trucks and bindings then wheels need attaching, tools are supplied with the board.
