The Remind Cush insole has a slightly lower arch than the Medic even though they both say mid high if you want more support on the arch then the medic is better than the Cush. For great support and comfort the Cush is the win for your feet!

Remind Insoles are built to be cut down, the size delivered will be a bit big to allow cutting down. But if you don't see your size then get the next size or two up and still cut them down using your old insole as a template.
