The Capita Space Metal Fantasy has always been a popular board with our female testers. A park focussed board that handles well all over the mountain for easy comfortable riding.
The Space Metal Fantasy has been in the range for many seasons and is always been thought of as one of the best park boards out there. But for many riders it is more than just a park board it is a all round playful easy riding board. Fun for carving the slopes catch free and jibbing about in the park and even floats ridiculously easy in powder! This is because it has Capita's reverse camber Flat Kick shape which is flat between the bindings and rocker outside of the bindings it makes it super catch free and can spin on the spot. Flexible dual wood core with magic blend fibreglass gives a forgiving flex pattern so strangely this board is awesome for beginners but also for expert park jibbers!
The Capita Space Metal Fantasy is a Park board for women that want to use the mountain as their park and enjoy a bit of powder surfing and don't want to change around boards all the time.
Camber- PARK V2 These versatile boards feature a freestyle Flat Kick shape with double inverted camber. A zero-camber section throughout the insert offers a stable skate-style feel, while the raised contact points turn on a dime and float effortlessly through the powder.
Shape - RADIAL / TRUE TWIN Symmetrical board in terms of dimensions and flex. Ideal for freestyle riding and jibbing. A so-called radial sidecut allows the board to start and finish its turn on the same curve.
Core - DUAL CORE™ Poplar wood core and beech stringers. Wood from certified FSC forests. Quality core with uniform flex. Blend of power and comfort.
Base - SUPERDRIVE™ The SUPERDRIVE™ base material offers the advantages of both sintered and extruded bases. These bases incorporate the characteristics and manufacturing techniques used to create an extruded base material, but by means of higher pressure and temperature, increase the surface hardness to levels close to most sintered bases.
SPECIAL BLEND FIBERGLASS MAGIC BEAN™ RESIN Fibreglass placed above and below the core to guarantee optimum strength and durability as well as a high level of performance. The Magic Bean Resin is made from 60% recycled materials and beans!
