The Naish Performance Alana paddle uses a biax glass/ UD carbon reinforced blade with 12K pre-preg lamination providing outstanding strength without sacrificing its position as the lightest paddle for price.  Its shaft lightweight UD and 3K  carbon shaft design provides heightened flex curve for superior energy absorption resulting in less strain on the shoulders and further injury in future. These features make the Alana an excellent choice for the smaller person or a beginner looking to upgrade from an alloy paddle.

The Alana's anti-twist vario system features a single notch system preventing any twisting of the handle and maintaining perfect alignment from handle to the blade of the paddle. With an anti flip shaft and handle finish you will have grip at all times even after a dip in the water while its Hydro Seal fortifies the shaft making the paddle float when dropped in the water.

The performance Alana Vario is also available in 85 which comes with a thicker and stronger SDS shaft.
