With free ride more specifically in mind, the Proto FR features a directional shape with a slightly set back stance to offer more float on the nose. With a more aggressive flex rating of 8/10 this is by no means an outright beginners board; inside the Proto FR Never Summer have really gone in on the technology to bring this beast to life. Featuring Elastomeric carbon, Bi-lite fibreglass and STS-pre tensioned fibreglass to reduce vibrations, enhance torsional response and really emphasise on the level of pop and control over this board you have, this might just be one of the most technical boards ever made- but it doesn't stop there.
